Our Pediatric Therapy Services Clinical Director is accountable for:

  • Managing independent contractor staff, programming, and client engagements across multiple sites.
  • Providing updates to clients regarding program metrics, outcomes, and pediatric therapy solutions initiatives being implemented at the building level.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to proactively address referrals, caseload growth, and program implementation (including RtII solutions, PTS Multiplier programs, and Capable Classroom products).
  • Attending high-profile IEP meetings and client audits requiring specialized pediatric therapy expertise or executive PTS representation.
  • Recruiting, staffing, and mentoring independent contractor therapists to support service delivery and growth.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and program expansion.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of pediatric school based therapy experience and licensed to practice in OT, PT, or SLP in the state of DE.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office products and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor, guide, and develop clinical and account teams while driving results.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills to optimize program outcomes, account performance, and client engagement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 3 days per week (or more) based on client services needs within the territory of the full state of Delaware.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in all client and internal interactions.
  • Positive, results-oriented, customer-focused attitude with adaptability to navigate evolving client needs and market conditions.

Base pay range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
