Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant – is a key component to the continued growth of our MSP solution, this role is accountable for:  

  • Stakeholder Management - Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers.  Managing client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions
  • Tool Administration - Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools.  Work closely with team on tech changes and edits needed in VMS.  
  • Liaison to Hiring Managers - Keep pulse on upcoming needs and partner with master vendor and other suppliers to fill roles 
  • Reporting - Regular analysis and presentation of Talent Community data, Team Performance data, VMS stats to Direct Sourcing leadership for distribution to OCG leadership, PMO partners, and the client
  • Audits - Ensure onboarding process is running smoothly reducing fall off pre and post start. Ensure placed candidates are being billed correctly and resources are allocated to correct cost centers  

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:  

  • Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
  • A strong understanding of vendor management tools and other technology in order to support business. (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, MS apps, etc.)  Experience with Fieldglass VMS preferred
  • Capability to manage relationships through excellent communication and customer services skills 
  • Proficient project management is key for overseeing supply chain improvement initiatives
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Seeking minimum of 2+ years of client and program management experience within the Staffing/MSP industry, with demonstrated proficiency in procurement technology tools. 
  • MSP or Staffing/Recruiting experience with manufacturing/light industrial roles required.

 

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 to 68,400 per year.  Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
