Our Senior Sourcer is responsible for:
- Proactively source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn and other job boards, leveraging hiring manager calibration and market insights when inbound volume is low
- Develop and refine advanced Boolean search strategies to identify top talent for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain a clean and actionable pipeline by identifying and addressing issues (e.g., legacy applicants, low-fit profiles) early
- Monitor and analyse pipeline health, including pass-through rates and key sourcing metrics
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support progress against hiring targets
- Partner closely with recruiters to align on priorities, share real-time market feedback, and escalate risks to pipeline delivery
- Conduct targeted market mapping and talent analysis for critical and niche roles
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, including building and optimising Boolean search strings
- Strong interest in leveraging social media, online research, and networking to identify talent
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
