Our virtual Director, Integrated Technology Delivery & Ecosystem Strategy – based in LATAM – leads the delivery, integration, and optimization of our next-generation technology ecosystem. This leader will shape the short-term technology roadmap, ensure seamless alignment across product, operations, and partner technologies, and guide how our platforms come together to deliver a unified client experience.
The position leads a team of Technology Consultants, collaborate closely with internal systems and product teams, and ensure our technology stack operates as a scalable, high-performing engine that supports clients around the globe.
Responsibilities:
Lead & Align Delivery Teams
- Lead and develop a team of Technology Consultants responsible for configuration, integrations, and implementation delivery.
- Partner with internal systems leadership to align development cycles and ensure coordinated execution.
- Champion best practice configuration and design standards that ensure consistent, predictable outcomes while reducing manual administrative drag across client programs.
Engage Stakeholders & Support Strategic Growth
- Serve as the voice of operational and client needs within Product Management to influence platform evolution.
- Act as a senior technical advisor in strategic sales opportunities, demonstrating the value and impact of our integrated ecosystem.
- Deliver clear, compelling technology demonstrations tailored to client requirements, showcasing workflow design, analytics, and automation capabilities.
Drive Ecosystem Intelligence & Optimization
- Monitor the broader talent technology landscape to identify enhancements, opportunities, and emerging capabilities that can strengthen operational performance.
- Translate platform or ecosystem changes into actionable improvements to internal processes and delivery models.
- Maintain strong relationships with key technology partners to ensure alignment with KellyOCG’s integration strategy.
Own Near-Term Technology Roadmap
- Oversee delivery of the integrated roadmap, ensuring enhancements and integrations are executed with quality, speed, and measurable business impact.
- Guide decisions on when to build internally versus when to integrate external solutions to meet immediate client or operational needs.
- Architect and oversee integrations, data flows, and configuration approaches that bring multiple systems together into a cohesive experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
- 10+ years of experience in talent technology, workforce solutions, or related SaaS ecosystems with a focus on human capital tech stack interoperability.
- 5+ years leading technical implementation teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms used in workforce program management.
- Experience influencing or directing internal software development or system teams to align with market-facing strategies.
- Proven ability to oversee technical project managers and integrated multi-workstream delivery programs.
- Experience identifying manual "work-creep" and architecting scalable, automated solutions that recapture operational time.
- Ability to shape product and partner strategies through insight, analysis, and collaboration.
- Skilled in identifying manual processes and designing scalable, automated solutions.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SaaS communication patterns, APIs, and data mapping within complex integrated environments preferred
