Our Sourcing Consultant is responsible for: 

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent for critical roles within the organization.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate preferences to inform sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
• Evaluate and optimize sourcing channels and methods to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including recruiters, universities, and professional organizations.
• Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or candidate sourcing required
• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in agency or staffing firm recruitment preferred
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
• Experience in Boolean search techniques and leveraging job boards and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to attract top talent
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Bullhorn, Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse
• Must be able to work onsite at our Rochester, NY office

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
