Position Details

Part-Time | Hybrid | Denver, CO

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring process support.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications and role alignment.
  • Provide flexible operational support across multiple clients during peak demand periods.
  • Identifyand engage active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking channels, and sourcing tools.
  • Build andmaintaintalent pipelines aligned to ongoing andanticipatedhiring needs.
  • Support diversity-focused sourcing initiatives and outreach strategies.
  • Assistwith recruitment marketing efforts including job postings and outreach campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, coaching on complex recruitment challenges, and fostering a collaborative team.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition coordination, orTalentsupport.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or recruiting platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.



Base pay range for this position is $61,575 - $82,100per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
