Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for: 

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters supporting high‑volume, vendor‑neutral programs
  • Managing recruiting activity across multiple industries and geographic locations
  • Ensuring consistent and equitable recruiting practices aligned with client expectations and VMS/PMO requirements
  • Driving recruiter performance, productivity metrics, SLAs, and operational rigor
  • Training team members on vendor‑neutral recruiting processes and best practices
  • Overseeing workflow coordination across multiple time zones
  • Partnering with Program Offices, PMO teams, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders
  • Driving continuous process improvement and ensuring accuracy in candidate documentation and compliance standards 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners 
  • Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency 
  • Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm 
  • Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction 
  • Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios 
  • Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing  
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Management experience leading recruiting teams
  • Vendor‑neutral recruiting experience
  • Ability to train others on vendor-neutral recruiting practices
  • Experience using VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN
  • Experience with Program Office or PMO environments
  • Comfort managing teams across multiple time zones and remote locations
  • Strong attention to detail and operational consistency
  • Ability to lead through ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments 


Base pay range for this position is $92,400 - $123,200 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
