The Kelly BPO Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the tactical operational engine associated with our external client. This role involves the direct supervision of a team of Marketing Coordinators, ensuring seamless delivery of business process outcomes. The manager serves as a strategic partner to client leadership, driving process efficiencies and maintaining the highest standards of financial and operational compliance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 10+ Marketing Coordinators; oversee day-to-day operations, workload balancing, hiring, and counseling.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Oncology-related procurement, contracting, marketing engagement, advisory boards, and meeting logistics.
- Drive change and process improvements by identifying workflow gaps, updating SOPs, and implementing efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare, procurement, and company policies.
- Guide the team on project execution, administer performance feedback, and lead regular team meetings and all-hands calls.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute annual operating plans, maintain client alignment, and report on KPIs and metrics.
- Manage and maintain team resources on SharePoint and develop essential training documentation.
- Serve as backup coordinator during high-volume periods to ensure continuous service.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 5+ years of management experience, including 3+ years leading a large team.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and direct P&L program management is preferred.
- Strong background in procurement, contract management, and support for advisory boards, fee-for-service, and committee operations.
- Proven ability to drive change and increase efficiency in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Meticulous documentation and continuous learning mindset.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and client stakeholders.
Base pay range for this position is $73,875 to $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
