Our Data Engineer is accountable for:

• Supporting the Shared Services team across all RPO programs by designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining automated data pipelines to support data processing, reporting, and analytics requirements
• Designing, optimizing, and validating data warehouse environments to ensure high availability, data integrity, and performance
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation including data architecture diagrams, pipeline designs, and data dictionaries to support knowledge sharing and system maintainability
• Partnering with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to understand business needs and deliver clean, structured datasets
• Evaluating new tools and technologies to continuously improve data architecture, data accessibility, and system performance

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Experience working as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Redshift or PostgreSQL preferred)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture
• Experience working within AWS-based data environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with technical documentation and ticketing tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Preferred experience with Python for data processing or automation
• Preferred experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker
