Location: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America.


Kelly’s LATAM Sourcer is responsible for:

  • Managing high-volume inbound applicant flow across operations-focused roles, including leadership and site-based positions across U.S. locations
  • Reviewing and screening applications within ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar), prioritizing candidates from relevant environments such as retail, warehouse operations, grocery, e-commerce fulfillment, and related industries
  • Conducting initial outreach and prescreening to assess candidate fit, leadership experience, schedule flexibility, and overall alignment to role requirements
  • Supplementing inbound pipelines through targeted sourcing (e.g., job boards like Indeed) when needed to maintain pipeline strength
  • Applying consistent screening criteria, including validated leadership experience, ability to operate in fast-paced environments, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends), and tenure stability
  • Maintaining clean, actionable pipelines by proactively filtering out misaligned profiles and flagging risks such as job hopping or non-relevant backgrounds
  • Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities, share market feedback, and ensure strong pipeline delivery
  • Tracking pipeline health, pass-through rates, and sourcing metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required, preferably within an RPO, agency, or corporate environment
  • Experience supporting high-volume or hourly hiring, ideally within operations, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment environments
  • Proven ability to manage inbound pipelines with speed, accuracy, and strong candidate judgment
  • Experience working within ATS platforms such as Greenhouse (or similar systems) and sourcing via job boards such as Indeed
  • Strong ability to assess candidate quality, including identifying true leadership experience and filtering out misaligned profiles
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and delivering a consistent, high-quality process
  • Ability to manage high-volume sourcing with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
  • Professional English proficiency required


Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
