begins with the right connection. As an Inbound Sourcer supporting DashMart by DoorDash,
you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging talent for one of the fastest-growing
convenience and micro-fulfillment operations in the US, within an RPO partnership model.
We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented recruiting professionals who are comfortable working
high-volume inbound pipelines and have a strong eye for operations talent. You’ll work closely
with recruiters and DashMart hiring managers to screen and qualify candidates for roles that
keep DashMart sites running at their best.
This role is remote, open to candidates based anywhere in LATAM.
What You’ll Do
• Manage inbound applicant flow across DashMart Operations roles, including Shift Lead,
Assistant Site Manager, Kitchen Assistant Site Manager, and Site Manager positions
across US locations.
• Review and screen inbound applications in Greenhouse, prioritizing candidates from
relevant backgrounds such as big box retail, warehouse operations, grocery,
e-commerce fulfillment, and convenience store environments.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and prescreening via phone or async tools
(RapidRPS) to assess fit, availability, leadership experience, and schedule flexibility.
• Source additional candidates through Indeed and other job boards when inbound
volume is low, applying site-specific calibration guidance from hiring managers and
DoorDash recruiting partners.
• Apply screening criteria consistently across sites: real people leadership experience (not
title only), comfort with fast-paced physical environments, open schedule availability
including evenings and weekends, and stable tenure patterns.
• Flag and filter applicant pool issues proactively, including legacy applicants, job hoppers,
and profiles that do not meet minimum requirements, to keep pipelines clean and
actionable.
• Track pipeline health, pass-through rates, and sourcing metrics to support weekly
reporting and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.
• Coordinate closely with recruiters and DoorDash recruiting partners via Slack to align on
priorities, share market feedback, and escalate pipeline risks quickly.

— has a direct impact on site performance, team stability, and the customer experience.
• You’ll work within a collaborative global RPO model, supporting strategic hiring for a
world-class organization operating across 35+ countries.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within an RPO, corporate, or
agency environment. Experience with hourly, operations, or high-volume roles is a strong
plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound pipelines with speed and accuracy,
including screening for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms; experience with Indeed sourcing
and other job boards.
• Strong judgment in evaluating operations profiles: able to distinguish real leadership
experience from title-only, and flag red flags like job hopping or misaligned backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and adapting
messaging to different candidate profiles.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining
accuracy, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English required.
- Based anywhere in LATAM.
Work Environment
• Remote within LATAM.
• Part of a global, collaborative RPO delivery team supporting US-based DashMart
operations.
- Flexibility in working hours to align with US client needs and hiring manager availability.
- Laptop and all necessary tools provided.
Base pay range for this position is $9 – $11 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
