A people manager role that supervises the daily activities of support team members, sets priorities for the team, coordinates work activities with other managers. Problem solving is guided by using policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from their manager.
Kelly Services Site Manager will manage professional employees, has accountability for the performance and results of a team, adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the site to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor the site team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site operations with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pressures.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- 7+ Year experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana to oversee multiple site projects.
- Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions and service delivery.
- Expertise in data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor site performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with site management software to oversee operations and coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of site personnel.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Strategic planning abilities to develop and implement site strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex operational issues.
- Ability to advise on best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the site.
Base pay range for this position is $73,875– $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
