A people manager role that supervises the daily activities of support team members, sets priorities for the team, coordinates work activities with other managers. Problem solving is guided by using policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from their manager.
- Kelly Services Business Process Outsourcing Manager will oversee the daily operations of the account support team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Implement strategic plans to enhance account support processes, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Make data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex account issues, driving proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead the development and execution of training programs to upskill the account support team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Working knowledge in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client accounts and tracking interactions.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to interpret and present financial data.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to oversee and coordinate account support projects.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members in account support activities. • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement account support strategies that align with business objectives.
- Problem-solving abilities to address complex account issues and drive resolution. • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing client needs and market conditions.
Base pay range for this position is $61,575– $82,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
