The Talent Engagement Specialist is instrumental in coordinating the lifecycle of our Talent/Employee, ensuring excellence in employee service delivery, acts as an extension of the clients’ human resources departments; and is the liaison between Kelly, the client and the employee to ensure processes and contractual terms are adhered to. The main function of this role is Talent Engagement. The position builds relationships with Talent through engagement activities, supports administrative functions (i.e. payroll, onboarding, workers compensation, updating/entering data in front-office systems, reporting, etc.); responds to Talent and Client inquires, and gets results that demonstrate a commitment to the financial success of Kelly. 

Talent Onboarding and Management

  • Work with talent throughout the hiring process to complete required Kelly and customer paperwork prior to start date.
  • Understand and explain policies related to Kelly employment and working with the federal government; interpret HR & employment policies for talent.
  • Deliver weekly orientation presentations to new hires, 
  • Facilitate the approval of time & leave via Kelly WebTime, following complicated SOP. 

Talent Engagement

  • Supervise talent to SOW requirements and coach or counsel talent to improve in order to meet expectations. Provide Survey feedback and respond to questions related to employment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Kelly talent by supporting a variety of engagement and retention activities to include birthday and anniversary greetings. Assist in coordinating annual award's celebration, as well as other activities 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred
  • Two years of related experience ideally in client relations and account management, employee
  • Knowledge/experience with employment law policies and procedures
  • Microsoft Outlook, Office and Skype meeting
  • Strong focus on service delivery

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $60,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
