Our Business Analyst is responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic business analytics frameworks to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor service delivery performance and facilitate informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on data analysis tools and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and validate predictive models to forecast service demand, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations that drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for enhancement.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques
• Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and decision making

Base pay range for this position is $61,575 – $82,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
