Location: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America.


Kelly’s LATAM Recruiter is responsible for:

  • Full-cycle recruiting across internal (G&A) and RPO client-facing roles, including Account Executives and corporate functions across the Americas (U.S., LATAM, and Canada)
  • Managing a high-volume requisition load while delivering quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience
  • Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive talent
  • Partnering with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and client teams to align on role requirements, hiring strategy, and expectations
  • Driving a strong and consistent Employee Value Proposition (EVP) throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Leading structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions through market insights and candidate calibration
  • Maintaining accurate and timely updates within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar) and ensuring strong operational rigor
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with recruiting, sourcing, and operations teams to support hiring goals across multiple regions


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience supporting internal stakeholders and/or RPO client environments preferred
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions (U.S., LATAM, Canada preferred)
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and delivering a compelling EVP
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Avature, Workday, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Metaview and Calendly is a plus
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
  • Bilingual English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus


Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
