A people manager role that supervises the daily activities of support team members, sets priorities for the team, coordinates work activities with other managers. Problem solving is guided by using policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from their manager.
Kelly’s, Services Procurement Manager manages professional employees and/or other people managers, has accountability for the performance and results of a team within, adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals and financial targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
- and manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and industry standards.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- 7+ Year experience in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for managing supply chain operations.
- Expertise in supply chain analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to drive strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies for process improvement and waste reduction in supply chain operations.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and contract management software, such as Coupa or Ariba, for vendor management and procurement.
Base pay range for this position is $92,400– $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
