Our Recruiting Team Lead (Brazil) is responsible for:


Serving as a player-coach within the Brazil recruiting team, this role combines hands-on recruiting responsibilities with team leadership and coaching. This individual will manage their own requisitions while leading and developing a team of recruiters, partnering closely with stakeholders, and supporting hiring needs across Brazil and Central America.


Your core tasks include:

  • Lead, coach, and support the Brazil recruiting team on a day-to-day basis

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting workload, owning and delivering on assigned requisitions

  • Partner directly with stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships and communication

  • Provide recruiting support across Brazil and Central America as business needs evolve

  • Drive recruiting best practices, process consistency, and quality of delivery across the team

  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support development of team members

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Proven experience leading, managing, or coaching recruiting teams

  • Strong client-facing experience with day-to-day stakeholder management

  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (required)

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments

  • Strong attention to detail across recruiting operations and processes

  • Ability to balance individual contribution with team leadership responsibilities

  • Ability to travel to Guarulhos, São Paulo at least once per week
