As our Contingent Workforce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our workforce solutions by partnering with hiring managers and approved vendors to deliver outstanding contingent labor results. Using e-procurement tools, you will facilitate critical onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee compliance documentation, and proactively engage with program support teams, hiring leaders, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and top-tier service.

Responsibilities

Program and Operational Support:

  • Use procurement technologies and manage requisitions to support onboarding and offboarding processes (background checks, drug screens, renewals, badges, site requirements).
  • Ensure compliance documentation is correctly executed and maintained in line with contract provisions.
  • Maintain order files, correspondence, and timely administration for all contractor activity.
  • Consistently request follow-up on renewals and systematically track assignment changes.

Client, Program, and Supplier Management:

  • Build professional rapport with suppliers and hiring managers through steady communication and ongoing problem-solving.
  • Address and resolve issues related to contractor assignments (start/end dates, locations, rates, hours) and ensure all key logistical details are confirmed.
  • Resolve depleted and mismatched purchase order issues and identify program service delivery challenges, offering appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Contribute as a cooperative, collaborative team member within the Kelly/Client program, maintaining service excellence for both customers and suppliers.

System and Technology Support:

  • Operate and maintain vendor management and billing systems for accurate documentation and timely communication.
  • Develop understanding of technology tool functionality to efficiently support program delivery and resolve basic client/supplier system issues.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and contractor/supplier quality.
  • Support additional tasks and team needs as assigned.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in recruiting or technology customer service, preferably within staffing or service support environments.
  • Proven ability to build professional client and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and effectively handle detail-oriented work.
  • Team-oriented with efficient time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various internet/web tools.

Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
