We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts Puerto Rico. This is an opportunity for a sourcing-savvy recruiter who is passionate about leveraging social platforms, employer branding, and data-driven strategies to attract and engage top talent from diverse backgrounds. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external sources.

Please note: Candidates must be based in Puerto Rico, with a strong preference for those located in Añasco and/or the east side of Puerto Rico.

Our Recruiter is accountable for: 

• High-volume recruiting for manufacturing positions, including Assemblers and Machine Operators
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature) 
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices 

• Actively participating in job fairs and community hiring events to build and maintain talent pipelines

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Customer-centric, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners

• Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and delivering outcomes with resilience

• Action-oriented, demonstrating urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm in execution

• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently

• Adaptable and agile, with the ability to navigate changing or ambiguous environments

• Strong communication and active listening skills, both written and verbal, across diverse audiences

• Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment required

The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. 

$20.00 to $21.00/hourly
