Our Recruiter will work alongside our Direct Sourcing team, supporting the client at Johnson and Johnson. In this critical role, you will delve into the search of specialized science and engineering positions—primarily white collar roles—in both the US and Canada, with ongoing expansion into Puerto Rico. This is a,  high-impact opportunity—ideal for a proactive self-starter who excels in dynamic environments and is eager to build strong talent pipelines.


Responsibilities

  • Hiring Manager Experience: Deliver a white-glove experience throughout the full hiring lifecycle while developing ongoing relationships through consistent communication.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates; scheduling interviews; managing offer processes; and providing regular candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring journey.
  • Specialized Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for science and engineering openings, hiring for Business Development, Sales, Recruiting, IT, and Operations as needed.
  • Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and nurture pools of specialized talent for current and future needs, particularly in scientific and engineering fields.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Represent Direct Sourcing at weekly meetings—presenting hiring updates, sharing market insights, and highlighting key wins and challenges.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing varying requisition loads, working with ambiguity and changing requirements, and quick to adapt when answers or processes are not clear.


Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (end-to-end)
  • Proven experience supporting multiple business lines, either internally or with clients
  • Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
  • Comfort working in process-driven environments while consistently meeting established KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and prioritization
  • 5+ years of stakeholder management experience, directly interacting with and influencing hiring and business leaders
  • Preferred: Vendor neutral or RPO experience.


Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
