Our Senior HR Consultant leads the development and execution of talent strategies aligned to the business priorities, partnering with senior HR and Operations leadership to shape talent, and organizational outcomes. This role ensures strong governance through effective programs and policies for approximately 8000 Contingent employees across multiple customers within BPO.

 

The Senior HRC drives organizational effectiveness through change management, data-driven insights, and performance practices. The position also fosters a high-performing, engaging culture that supports employee experience, customer success and business results for Kelly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities and organizational goals 
  • Partner with senior HR and operation leaders to shape workforce, talent, and organizational strategies 
  • Lead talent policy design and governance to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization 
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance performance and effectiveness 
  • Leverage HR/Talent data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insights to leadership 
  • Manage employee relations and performance practices to maintain a fair and high-performing environment 
  • Lead learning, capability development, and skills-building initiatives to support future workforce needs 
  • Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives 
  • Foster an engaging, high-performing culture that supports employee experience and organizational success

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:  

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated impact across multiple HR disciplines 
  • Experience leading organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture transformation 
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms to enable workforce planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, and applicable state labor laws 
  • Understanding of core HR processes, workforce planning, and talent management practices 
  • Proven leadership capability to manage, develop, and mentor HR teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership 
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative, business-aligned HR solutions 
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution, driving measurable outcomes across the organization

Location: Remote / virtual role

 

Base pay range for this position is $92,400-100,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
