Seeking a Project Manager, People Technology to drive the global rollout of Workday across HR and Payroll. This role will initially focus on the current implementation and deployment of the platform and evolve into ongoing planning for optimization, governance, and delivery ownership post-launch.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of program management expertise, HR experience, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of supporting large-scale global technology implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner in the current implementation of Workday HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical readiness, and change management goals.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to further define current scope vs future state optimization
  • Represent HR in test planning, change management and deployment readiness activities
  • Post-implementation and in partnership with the People Technology team and COE leads, prioritize the continued optimization and enhancement roadmap, driving process improvements and adoption across the organization.
  • Manage governance, change control, and prioritization for new Workday features and releases.
  • Drive communication and training planning to ensure successful user adoption globally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in business technology, HR operations, or consulting within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of data flow / integrations 
  • Proven track record of program-managing global technology rollouts, including  HR Modules
  • Experience working in or with corporate functions such as HR Operations, HRIS, or Business Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, stakeholder management, and change enablement.
  • Business technology (non-technical IT – consultative, program-oriented roles)
  • Strong program and project management skills (global scale, multi-workstream delivery).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across business and technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term optimization.
  • High comfort with ambiguity and evolving program needs.

Base pay rate for this position is $45.00 - $60.00 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
