Our Kelly Education Account Supervisor leads client account management and service delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the temporary workforce. The position ensures high-quality, compliant service through issue resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement, while partnering with Recruiting to manage workforce needs and leading a small support team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and service delivery, developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders and the temporary workforce
  • Act as the escalation point for service issues, taking proactive steps to resolve problems and ensuring 100% compliance with contractual agreements
  • Determine client reporting requirements, creating, analyzing, and reviewing reports and statistics, and taking necessary action
  • Participate in account-specific lead sharing meetings, seeking customer feedback, and applying it to improve service
  • Prepare and present business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc) and establish regular client meetings for consistent communication
  • Partner with Recruiting and Talent Services to manage the temporary workforce, handling issues like turnover, coaching, terminations, and providing technical support on client order processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, Onboarding Coordinators, and Talent Support staff

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • Seeking 5 years minimum of recruiting, staffing, vendor management or educational experience and 3 years of people leadership experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong customer service focus 
  • Solid leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to work onsite at the local branch 5 days a week 
  • Must be able to travel locally up to 20% for local hiring, recruiting, school, talent, or other applicable events and have a valid US Driver License in good standing

 

Base pay range for this position is $ $61,575-$75,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
