Our Manager, Accounts & Financial Operations is accountable for:

  • Maintaining and reconciling vendor and supplier records across higher education procurement systems, ensuring accuracy during ongoing legal entity and Tax ID transitions
  • Serving as the primary operational liaison for client procurement and accounts payable teams regarding vendor onboarding, W-9s, and compliance updates
  • Designing and maintaining a centralized financial tracking framework that consolidates revenue, billing, and contract data into clear leadership reporting
  • Creating and sending professional correspondence to university procurement offices regarding entity changes and financial integration updates
  • Tracking vendor account status, identifying discrepancies, and proactively resolving open compliance or onboarding issues in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting additional financial, administrative, and compliance documentation needs related to contract and entity integration work


Essential Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

  •  3+ years managing supplier/vendor profiles within procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer, Workday, Banner or similar), including W-9 and Tax ID compliance
  •  Strong ability to build or enhance financial tracking tools using Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or lightweight reporting systems strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with university or state system procurement, vendor onboarding, and accounts payable workflows preferred
  • Communication Skills: Ability to draft clear, professional, and client-facing correspondence to institutional procurement and finance teams
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple vendor accounts, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies independently
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in finance, accounting, or business preferred


This is a Part-time / Temporary (approximately 15–20 hours per week) virtual role with hours determined based on business need.

Base pay range for this position is $29 – $38 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
