Our Senior Director, Client Delivery – RPO is accountable for the strategic leadership across a global portfolio of RPO programs. The role maintains accountability for operational performance, client satisfaction, and the creation and execution of business plans that drive growth. The position also guides decisions based on functional and major operational segment strategies and priorities and drives problem-solving and strategic direction across multiple client relationships.
This senior leadership role provides direction through managers and supervisors, establishes strategic priorities, and partners closely with cross-functional and regional leadership to ensure consistent delivery excellence. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, shapes account strategy, drives growth and retention, and represents KellyOCG RPO delivery at the executive level. Cultivating an ecosystem of talent, governance, and innovation that strengthens client partnerships and expands long-term business growth is paramount to the deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic operational plans for your portfolio of RPO account(s) that align with client goals and Kelly's broader business objectives
- Overseeing day-to-day delivery across teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to SLA & KPI performance expectations, customer satisfaction expectations, and financial targets
- Leading cross-functional and cross-account teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and delivery standardization
- Managing and allocating resources – people, technology, and budget – across your portfolio to support operational needs and strategic priorities
- Owning P&L accountability for the financial performance and profitability of your portfolio of account(s)
- Partnering with senior leadership and client executives to identify and mitigate operational and account risk, and to develop contingency and recovery plans
- Monitoring recruitment and operational KPIs and metrics across your portfolio to assess performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted strategic partner on account health, growth opportunities, and long-term workforce strategy
- Leading the creation and delivery of executive-level client deliverables, such as quarterly and annual business reviews, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement / innovation sessions
- Owning senior-level escalation management for your portfolio, ensuring timely resolution of significant delivery concerns and documenting outcomes via established account governance processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all accounts within your division or region
- Partnering with other functional leaders to oversee the implementation of new technologies, tools, and systems to enhance recruitment delivery capabilities across your portfolio
- Developing, mentoring, and growing the managers and supervisors within your organization, preparing them for future leadership roles
- Driving innovation and change management initiatives to help your accounts and teams adapt to market trends and competitive pressures
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- 12+ years of experience in the recruiting / Talent Acquisition field, including experience in RPO or outsourced talent delivery
- 5+ years in a role leading other people managers, including performance management, skill development & coaching, and organizational design
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of global client accounts, ideally for enterprise-level engagements with multi-layered teams across different regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
- Shown success in P&L management at scale, with a consistent track record of driving financial performance, accuracy, and profitability
- Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process) to lead organizational transitions
- Consistent track record of fostering long-term retention of both internal teams and enterprise clients
- Ability to navigate and resolve highly escalated, executive-level issues, maintaining professionalism and fostering trust with senior client and internal leaders
- Strategic leadership skills to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational and client goals
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to convey complex operational and strategic concepts to senior stakeholders
- Adaptability to navigate and thrive in dynamic, multi-account environments, managing competing priorities and deadlines
Location: Virtual, with travel as required to client site(s)
Base pay range for this position is $156,000-$210,000. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
