Role Overview
Our RPO Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
This role supports a global RPO program, working cross-functionally with hiring teams to manage requisitions, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from intake through offer.
This position is part of a growing team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys balancing stakeholder partnership with hands-on recruiting execution.
Key Responsibilities
The RPO Recruiter is accountable for:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and placement
- Partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
- Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across multiple requisitions
- Building andmaintainingstrong candidate pipelines, including passive talent
- Coordinating interview processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Managing offer processes and supporting negotiations within defined guidelines
- Providing regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Maintainingaccuratedata and activity within ATS/CRM systems
- Proactivelyidentifyingpipeline risks and adjusting sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and data accuracy
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience within RPO or in-house environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting tools
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite presence in Budapest
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a dynamic, evolving environment
Final compensation will be based on experience and geographic location.
