Role Overview


Our RPO Sourcer is responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines for complex and hard-to-fill roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to drive efficient hiring outcomes.

This role supports a global RPO program, leveraging market intelligence, sourcing strategy, and proactive engagement to identify and attract top talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities


The RPO Sourcer is accountable for:

  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles
  • Conducting market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools
  • Identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
  • Building and maintaining strong, actionable talent pipelines aligned to hiring priorities
  • Partnering closely with recruiters to refine candidate shortlists and align on role requirements
  • Providing real-time market insights and talent trends to support hiring strategy
  • Presenting candidate profiles and pipeline updates to recruiting partners
  • Proactively identifying pipeline gaps and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and activity within ATS/CRM systems


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 2–5+ years of sourcing experience within RPO or in-house environments
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals)
  • Experience supporting hard-to-fill or high-volume roles across multiple functions or industries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
