Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary (with ad hoc presence in the Budapest office)!
Our RPO Sourcer is responsible for:
Research Strategy & Market Intelligence:
- Design and lead end-to-end research strategies for hard to fill roles
- Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools
- Utilise your market knowledge to understand where top talents can be found
Candidate Identification & Assessment:
- Identify, engage, and qualify the very best talent using progressive sourcing techniques (Boolean search), as well as networks and referrals
- Maintain a clean and actionable pipeline by identifying and addressing issues early
- Partner with Recruiters and the hiring team to refine shortlists based on evolving stakeholder needs
Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
- Present market findings and candidate profiles to Recruiters and Hiring Leaders
- Partner closely with Recruiters to align on priorities, share real-time market feedback, and escalate risks to pipeline delivery
- Act as a trusted partner to help shape hiring decisions and talent strategies based upon external talent pools and talent availability
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Proven sourcing and talent mapping experience from either an RPO or inhouse team (2-5 years), preferably in marketing, digital, or retail space
- Track record of successful delivery on hard to fill roles spanning a range of industries and functional areas – some experience of working with consumer products, retail or manufacturing clients a plus
- Strong project management skills with experience of delivering to critical deadlines, but also the agility to flex according to changing requirements
- A strong communicator who is comfortable presenting to stakeholders, as well as engaging with passive talents in a way that positively reflects on our brand and organisation
- A proven eye for talent based on a deep understanding of the market and the needs of the business you are supporting
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other social platforms, networking and referrals
- Curiosity to explore and understand innovative approaches to sourcing, a test-and-learn mentality, and passion to share and educate peers on approved future practices
- Ability to work on a global team, collaborate across borders, and build trusting relationships – a true team player
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill
