We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. This is a finance focused role, centered on financial reporting, data analysis and integrity, and strategic insights that inform senior leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate brings global experience, strong systems aptitude, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives. 

The Sr. Financial Analyst is accountable for: 

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain financial reports, models, and dashboards that support business performance monitoring and strategic planning
  • Review reports and financial workbooks for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before distribution to senior stakeholders
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports across global business units, ensuring data integrity and timeliness
  • Translate financial data into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership

Technical & Systems Proficiency

  • Leverage advanced Excel skills — including complex formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic workbooks — to build and maintain financial models
  • Coordinate and support system updates, ensuring continuity and accuracy of financial data across platforms
  • Utilize Workday Financials or similar ERP/HCM platforms for data extraction, reporting, and workflow management (Workday experience preferred)
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through technology and automation

Global Business Partnership

  • Partner with finance and business leaders across multiple regions including APAC and the U.S. to support consolidated reporting and cross-regional analysis
  • Navigate time zones, cultural nuances, and varying data standards to deliver consistent, high-quality financial outputs
  • Serve as a reliable finance partner to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Collaborate with leaders across various functions and seniority levels to understand reporting needs and develop customized financial outputs
  • Facilitate project meetings related to reporting initiatives, system updates, and process improvements — driving agendas, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through
  • Present financial findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance analyst role, with demonstrated focus on financial reporting and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting or reporting across global regions, particularly APAC and/or the U.S.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate complex financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Financials or comparable ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics)
  • Prior experience preparing executive presentations
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization
