Location: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America.

  

Kelly’s Senior Sourcer (Cybersecurity) is responsible for:

  • Driving outbound sourcing strategies toidentify, engage, and pipeline senior to principal-level cybersecurity talent across IAM, Privacy, Security Engineering, and related domains
  • Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates within highly competitive and niche security markets. Conducting market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence toidentifytarget companies and talent pools
  • Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies
  • Crafting personalized, compelling outreach to U.S.-based candidates and delivering high-volume sourcing activity (100+ touchpoints weekly)
  • Building andmaintaininghigh-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill, senior-level roles while driving strong conversion and pass-through rates
  • Tracking pipeline activity, maintaining ATS accuracy (Greenhouse or similar), and reporting on sourcing performance and market insights

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical roles in cybersecurity, information security, or infrastructure security
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for senior-level roles (Staff, Principal, or Director-level equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including IAM, privacy engineering, application security, cloud security, security operations, and program management
  • Proficiencywith LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques for technical talent identification
  • Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or comparable systems to manage pipelines and track activity
  • Ability to interpret complex technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies across niche talent pools
  • Professional Englishproficiency(written and verbal), with the ability to engage and influence U.S.-based candidates
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet weekly volume and quality targets
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment across multiple time zones

 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience sourcing for cloud security (AWS, GCP), privacy engineering (GDPR, CCPA), or identity and access management
  • Background supporting tech companies or high-growth environments where security hiring is highly competitive
  • Familiarity with security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP) and their relevance to candidate evaluation
  • Experience designing outbound sourcing campaigns, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization
  • Previousexperience working in an RPO or staffing environment supporting U.S.-based clients
