The Python Developer will be a core member in building, deploying, and evolving an agent ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level developer who thrives on hands-on problem solving, is passionate about AI agents, and can collaborate closely in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities  

• Develop and deploy AI agents as part of our agent ecosystem (e.g., leveraging Google ADK or MCP protocols).
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team of front-end, back-end, full-stack developers, analysts, data scientists, and designers.
• Participate in innovative hackathons and projects that continually push the boundaries of AI agent capability.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, agent protocol adoption (MCP), and related developmental activities.
• Work with front-end technologies when needed, especially with Nuxt (Vue.js framework).
• Write high-quality, well-documented Python code supporting agent development.
• Effectively communicate status, blockers, and insights with your team and stakeholders in a mostly email-based coordination environment.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software development, with emphasis on Python.
• Experience building or maintaining agentic/AI agent systems.
• Training or hands-on experience with agent development (e.g., Google Agent Development Kit [ADK], prompt engineering, MCP or similar protocols).
• Front-end experience preferred; ability or willingness to work with Nuxt.
• Technical adaptability, willingness to learn and experiment with emerging tools and practices.
