Our Recruiting and Onboarding Manager is accountable for:

• Overseeing the strategic management of a team of recruiters, ensuring successful sourcing and recruiting across multiple district programs
• Achieving and exceeding recruiting goals and service level agreements, holding ultimate responsibility for recruitment targets
• Selecting, training, and developing multiple direct reports, while assessing their performance to ensureoptimalteam functionality
•  Acting as a liaison between management and the field service team, coordinating the deployment of corporate initiatives efficiently
• Staying informed on the latest labor legislation developments to assess and influence current recruitment procedures effectively

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years of recruiting, staffing, or previous management experience
• Solid understanding of the onboarding process
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skillsrequired
• Attention to detail- with the ability to meet deadlines, use sound judgment and prioritize are vital
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skillsrequired
• Must have proficient computer literacy including Word,Exceland PowerPoint
  
  

Base pay range for this position is $92,400 - $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
