Our Human Resource Manager is accountable for:
- Supporting strategic HR partnership initiatives across assigned business units and leadership teams
- Partnering with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management initiatives
- Supporting employee relations matters while ensuring consistent policy application and compliance
- Partnering with recruitment teams to support strategic hiring and talent acquisition alignment
- Leveraging HR reporting, analytics, and workforce data to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness
- Supporting change management initiatives and organizational transitions within a fast-paced environment
- Partnering cross-functionally with HR, talent, total rewards, recruitment, and business stakeholders on key initiatives
- Maintaining operational excellence, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR activities
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner within complex or matrixed organizations
- Strong experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives
- Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong employee relations, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging HR metrics and reporting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience supporting leadership teams
The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
$48.00 – $53.00 per hour
