Our Kelly Pediatric Therapy Director of Recruiting is accountable for:
- Developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring goals
- Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process
- Collaborating with account managers/internal partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance the candidate experience
- Managing and mentoring a team; providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process
- Implementing and maintaining processes and utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
- Conducting regular audits of the recruitment process to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leading and developing recruiting teams
- Experience in staffing, healthcare, or related industries preferred
- Proven ability to set and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, delivering measurable hiring outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and market insights to inform decisions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies, including digital, SEO, and social media sourcing
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality hiring manager and candidate experience
Base pay range for this position is $120,075-$160,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
