Our Clinical Services Director is accountable for:

  • Leading clinical programming, independent contractor staff, and client relationship management across a designated school-based territory.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and school clients to proactively manage caseload growth and implement effective student-centered solutions (e.g.,RtII, Capable Classroom, Multiplier programs).
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting highly qualified therapists and specialists.
  • Attending high-profile IEP meetings and audits requiring advanced clinical expertise or executive representation.
  • Providing data-driven updates to clients on performance metrics and program outcomes.
  • Partnering with school leaders to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with individualized education and therapy goals.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within district partnership accounts.


Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of pediatric clinical therapy experience required; Strongly prefer candidates with behavioral school-based experience and deep understanding of special education environments.
  • Active or previous clinical certifications such as OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, or LBS are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing therapy teams and clinical operations in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort working in a dynamic, metric-driven environment.
  • High integrity, professional discretion, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Base pay range for this position is $73,875 - $100,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
