Our Sr Change Management Consultant is accountable for:

  •    Leading the redesign and ongoing evolution of the program’s stakeholder-facing site: rationalizing content, simplifying navigation, and improving the user experience
  •    Evaluating how communication channels work together and defining the role of each within the broader communications ecosystem
  •    Delivering stakeholder presentations and developing supplemental training materials to reinforce key changes and support readiness
  •    Defining and tracking communication effectiveness measures; gathering stakeholder feedback and adjusting strategies based on insights
  •    Proactively identifying communication risks, gaps, and stakeholder impacts; recommending mitigation strategies and additional interventions
  •    Coordinating across stakeholders to gather system updates, business context, and operational details; synthesizing inputs into clear, audience-appropriate messaging

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  •    5+ years of experience in change management, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement within large-scale programs
  •    Proven ability to develop communication strategies and plans for complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives
  •    Experience creating and delivering targeted communications across multiple channels and audience segments
  •    Track record of leading content strategy or site redesign efforts to improve stakeholder experience

  •    Experience with content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow) for stakeholder-facing site management
  •    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging from frontline workers to senior executives
  •    Strategic thinker who connects communication plans to program objectives and business outcomes
  •    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables across stakeholder groups
  •    Collaborative and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to coordinate across diverse teams

Preferred Experience:

  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification

  • Background in communications for ERP, VMS, or workforce management system rollouts
  • Knowledge of HTML, SharePoint, or ServiceNow for supporting site updates
  • Experience with UX writing, information architecture, or user-centered content design
