KellyOCG (Outsourcing and Consulting Group, a division of Kelly Services) seeks a services procurement professional with a strong background in procurement operations, Statement of Work (SOW) program management, and operations to support clients.
Kelly OCG’s Senior Services Procurement Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and day-to-day leader for complex procurement engagements, driving measurable value across the full procurement lifecycle. The SP Senior Consultant takes direct ownership of the bidding process, benchmarking activities, and Statement of Work governance, while building trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
This role also supports new client implementations, program expansions, and ongoing service delivery for KellyOCG-managed Services Procurement programs. It requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to educate and guide client sponsors toward compliant, best-practice procurement models
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Consulting & Client Leadership
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead and facilitate procurement strategy sessions, category reviews, and executive presentations.
- Identify value creation opportunities across client supply chains and procurement operations.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable procurement strategies and roadmaps.
- Advise on new client implementations, program setup, and change management activities.
2. Bidding Process Leadership
- Design, structure, and manage end-to-end competitive bidding processes.
- Develop bid strategy, evaluation criteria, weighting models, and scoring frameworks aligned with client objectives.
- Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring best value and risk mitigation.
3. Benchmarking Process Management
- Define and execute benchmarking methodologies to evaluate supplier pricing, performance, and market positioning.
- Identify cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities through comparative analysis.
4. Statement of Work (SOW) Process Ownership
- Translate service requirements into digital SOWs within the client Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Develop SOW templates and training materials to standardize practices across the client organization.
5. Sponsor Education & Policy Compliance
- Proactively educate client sponsors on the distinctions between SOW constructs, Staff Augmentation, and Human Cloud models.
- Guide sponsors through compliance requirements, program policies, and the correct procurement pathways for their business needs.
- Develop and deliver standard documentation — including process flows and work instructions — tailored to client needs.
- Train operations teams and client personnel on product standards, program features, and policy updates.
6. Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that support long-term client value.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and scorecards aligned with contracted KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage supplier risk assessments, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with supplier performance management, scorecards, and category recommendations.
7. Data Analysis, Reporting & Technology
- Leverage spend analytics platforms and data visualization tools to provide procurement insights.
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports from VMS technology platforms, including savings pipeline and KPI dashboards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Procurement or an Operations role supporting SOWs or equivalent experience.
- Strongly preferred experience in external client service outsourcing or consulting.
- Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or procurement systems like SAP Ariba.
- Experience supporting indirect services categories such as Consulting, IT services, or engineering services
- Proven track record of managing procurement-related projects or initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
- Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and contribute to a team environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pioneering processes in new environments.
- Flexibility in a changing environment.

- Efficient time management skills.
- Functional PC and internet skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other web-based tools.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a must.

Base pay range for this position is $73,875-98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
