Our Senior Business Analyst (Market Rate Analysis Team) is accountable for:
- Job Catalog Development & Management: Designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive job catalogs aligned to client-specific job architectures and standardized occupational frameworks. Establishing job naming conventions, job family structures, and role-level classifications to ensure analytical consistency.
- Annual Market Rate Analysis: Collaborating with Program Management Office teams to execute annual market rate analysis cycles, conducting compensation benchmarking studies across geographies, industries, and job families using both proprietary and survey data. Analyzing pay data to identify market positioning gaps, rate compression risks, and competitive compensation trends. Preparing executive-ready deliverables, supporting clients in refining pay strategies to maintain market competitiveness and improve workforce attraction and retention.
- Supplier Survey Management: Designing and administering supplier surveys to gather market rate data from third-party staffing vendors, managing supplier response collection and data validation, normalizing and integrating supplier data for comprehensive market rate views, and maintaining supplier engagement documentation.
- External Intelligence Team Support: Providing analytical support for labor market analysis, contributing insights on talent supply and demand dynamics, hiring trends, wage inflation, and competitor workforce strategies, and collaborating with EIT analysts to develop data-driven intelligence products for clients.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related analytical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in compensation analysis, workforce analytics, or labor market research
- Advanced skills with Excel (including pivot tables and data visualization), Power BI, Tableau
- Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques with proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing timelines and deliverable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the staffing, MSP/VMS, or contingent workforce industry
- Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies and leading data providers
- Experience designing and deploying supplier or stakeholder survey instruments
- Demonstrated experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools for analytical process automation
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $73,875 – $98,500 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
