This role requires a consultative approach to recruiting, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in competitive clinical research talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development positions within sponsor-dedicated FSP programs.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Engineering positions.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding.
  • Recruit for roles such as CRAs, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Scientists, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance professionals and a variety of Engineering roles. 
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and support workforce planning while ensuring a positive candidate experience and competitive offer negotiations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience 
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments

  • Deep understanding of clinical research and clinical development roles
  • Ability to assess complex technical skill sets within the clinical research domain

  • Consistently filling specialized clinical research roles for sponsor-dedicated programs
  • Delivering high-quality candidate slates aligned with sponsor expectations
  • Maintaining strong hiring manager and client relationships
  • Supporting rapid hiring timelines for clinical trial startup and program expansion

 

Job Type: Full time 

Location:  Remote in Ontario

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Expected Compensation Range:  

Base pay range for this position is $67,048 – $89,397 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
