About the Role

The Sr Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer extension. This role supports a high-volume hiring environment and partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver qualified talent efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What will you do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions, managing both active and passive pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and onsite stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategy
  • Coordinate and lead interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communications
  • Drive efficient hiring processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Manage offer processes and support negotiations within established compensation guidelines
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and requisitions within ATS systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure alignment and delivery across business needs

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume, manufacturing, or operational environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive hiring decisions
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
  • Ability to work onsite and partner closely with hiring teams
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience working with ATS and recruiting tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Base pay range for this position is $61,575 to $85,000. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
