Our Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently, supporting a high volume of candidates across multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Managing complex calendars across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, including reschedules and time zone consideration
  • Completing recruiting workflows and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across candidate data, documentation, and interview logistics
  • Creating and issuing job offers, tracking candidate statuses, and supporting recruiters with offer communications
  • Maintaining up-to-date records within recruiting systems and supporting reporting, compliance, and audit requirements through data entry
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling meetings and job offer discussions, with recruiters, hiring managers, and partnering teams
  • Partnering closely with recruiters, Talent Acquisition Leads, and regional HR teams in EMEA and the US to support daily recruiting operations and priorities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve coordination workflows and promote best practices across the recruiting process

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with candidates
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
  • Knowledge of human resources and employment law
  • Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; prior experience preferred
  • Impeccable data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or coordination experience in a business environment; recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in the Denver office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), within a general time frame of standard working hours, either 8:00am–4:00pm or 7:30am–3:30pm. 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 - $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
