Our Strategic Sourcing Consultant is accountable for:

  1. Building proactive pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled tools, networking, referrals, talent communities, and market research, while continuouslyidentifyingopportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  1. Partnering closely with recruiters, Strategic Partners, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to calibrate talent profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and adjust search approaches based on market conditions.
  1. Conducting labor market research, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and workforce analysis to deliver actionable insights that support hiring strategy, workforce planning, business development, client pursuits, RFPs, and long-term talent solutions.
  1. Creating and executing recruitment marketing strategies, talent attraction campaigns, and sourcing initiatives to strengthen candidate engagement and build long-term talent communities.
  1. Monitoring sourcing activity, pipeline health, market trends, and recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
  1. Serving as a trusted sourcing partner by providing strategic recommendations, sharing market insights, and influencing talent decisions with recruiters, stakeholders, and client teams.

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ yearsof experience in strategic sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or a related professional environment.
  • Strongexpertisein Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market research, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to influence hiring strategy through labor market intelligence and sourcing insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics, market data, and recruiting trends to support business decisions.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, sourcing technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiaritywith labor market intelligence platforms such as TalentNeuron, Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Horsefly, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing technologies ispreferred.
  • RPO, MSP, or client-facing recruiting experience is preferred.

This position is hybrid and requires candidates to work from our Denver, Colorado office on designated in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Denver, CO.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $51,300 - $68,400 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
