Our Sourcing Associate is responsible for:
KellyOCG is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver high-impact recruitment and sourcing support for some of the most well-known and successful companies in the world. At KellyOCG, we equip our teams with innovative tools, training, and best-in-class practices to engage top talent and support the full recruitment lifecycle. The Sourcing Associate is accountable for:
- Source, identify, and engage candidates—particularly for hard-to-fill roles—using job boards, social media, search engines, and other traditional or innovative channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent across local and national markets.
- Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess alignment with role requirements.
- Support candidate inbound and outbound candidate management with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Create and leverage recruitment marketing assets such as job postings, emails, and social content.
- Collaborate with teammates to design creative attraction and engagement strategies.
- Participate in community outreach with organizations, workforce centers, and DEI partners to expand brand presence and candidate reach.

- Perform other sourcing or research-related duties as needed.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a professional environment (sourcing, recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools required.
- Occasional travel for training, collaboration, or client interaction may be required.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
Work Environment
This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in the Denver office, with flexibility to support recruiting teams across regions.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $59,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
