Kelly Services Process Excellence Representative is accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within service delivery processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute process optimization strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of process flows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops to upskill staff on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.
  • Process instructions 
    • Update current work instructions
    • Draft missing work instructions
  • Project support 
    • Monitoring and documenting task updates in Smartsheet
    • Highlight risks 
    • Potentially facilitate reporting out of Smartsheet – will train on this process 
  • Project hyper-care activities 
    • Monitor tool to route issues to the correct resources
    • Monitor closure of issues 
    • Highlight risks
  • Data clean-up 
    • Update Beeline assignments with correct data
    • Engage with the program team
  • Taxonomy 
    • Monitor annual reporting to determine if new job titles should be considered to be added
    • Monitor annual reporting to determine if any job titles can be considered for removal

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Working knowledge in process mapping and flowcharting tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools for process improvement
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to identify process inefficiencies
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) for tracking process improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead process improvement projects and drive change management initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in process documentation
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

 

The pay range for this position is $51,300 to 68,400 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
