Role Overview:
Our team is seeking an experienced and strategic VMS Technology Supervisor to lead the technology management function for our newly implemented Beeline VMS system. You will own the technology roadmap, interface with leadership, and manage the evolution of the platform as business needs change. As the primary driver and "mechanic" of our global VMS, your work will directly impact our client’s global staffing infrastructure operations across multiple regions.
Our Account Executive is accountable for:
- Own and manage the global technology roadmap and strategy for the Beeline VMS platform.
- Oversee platform integrations, back-office design, and documentation of business processes.
- Serve as the central intake and coordination point for all technology requirements and project prioritization.
- Lead global technology operations, ensuring effective support and coverage across all regions.
- Drive continuous improvement by evolving platform capabilities and establishing best practices.
- Oversee training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer related to VMS technology.
- Build and develop the regional support team structure to meet ongoing business needs.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with VMS technology (Beeline preferred, other VMS platforms acceptable)
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with the Beeline platform preferred
- Strong understanding of VMS systems, integrations, and architectural frameworks
- Business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives to organizational and industry objectives
- Working knowledge of MSP functions, business drivers and structure preferred
- Knowledge of back-office technology design and business process flow
- Experience supporting global/multi-region (EMEA, APAC, Americas) operations preferred
- Experience guiding teams through change management and systems transitions
- Must be able to effectively communicate, written or verbal, with multiple functions related to technology, business process, operations and strategic guidance
Base compensation range for this position is $92,400 – $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
