Location & Work Schedule
- Location:Remote - Argentina
- Work Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Candidates must maintain regular working hours that overlap with U.S. Eastern and Central Time Zones to support North American recruiting operations, hiring managers, and candidates.
Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:
- Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly’s Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
- Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and over a lift.
- Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintainingaccuratecandidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
- Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such asAvature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
