About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our rapidly growing open source software and AI solutions client for their Engineering and Product organizations. This is a client-managed Recruitment on Demand (ROD) engagement where the client provides all recruiting tools, systems, and training.

The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for highly technical positions while partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
 
Our Senior Technical Recruiter is accountable for:

•    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer. 
•    Recruit for Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and related technical functions. 
•    Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies. 
•    Source passive candidates through multiple channels. 
•    Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate both technical and behavioral qualifications. 
•    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
•    Present qualified candidates with clear assessments and recommendations. 
•    Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams. 
•    Maintain accurate documentation within the client's ATS. 
•    Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent requisitions. 

Required Qualifications:

•    5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. 
•     Demonstrated success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
•    Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations. 
•    Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. 
•    Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously. 
•    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 

• Preferred Qualifications:
   
  Experience recruiting for SaaS or software companies.
•    Experience supporting globally distributed teams. 
•    Client-facing recruiting experience. 
•    Additional language proficiency is a plus.
