Location & Work Schedule


Location: Remote – LATAM

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (Central Standar Time Zone).


Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:

  • Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
  • Manage a high-volume workload of 30–50 active requisitions while supporting 2–3 client accounts simultaneously.
  • Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 10+candidate startsper week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly’s Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
  • Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
  • Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintainingaccuratecandidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
  • Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment andmaintainingconfidentiality.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
