Our Recruiter role is perfect for a specialist who thrives in fast-paced, cross-border environments, possesses strong candidate-facing and interview management skills, and enjoys shaping careers in the retail beauty space. You’ll collaborate closely with the US team, guiding diverse candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and helping to drive major projects—including priority initiatives.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Manage candidate-facing recruitment activities for U.S. retail sales positions: screening, interviewing, and candidate management throughout the hiring process
• Partner remotely with U.S. based teams and stakeholders, aligning workflows to U.S. business hours
• Deliver high-quality talent pipelines by engaging candidates with professional English communication
• Participate in process improvements and major program expansions—supporting new initiatives as needed
• Leverage yourexpertiseto ensuretimely, inclusive, and effective hires forthe client

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment for the U.S. market
• Professional Englishproficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience recruiting or sourcing for retail sales positions
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Strong candidate-facing, screening, and interview-management capabilities

This role is fully remote and available for candidates in Latin America.

Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
